Cancellation /Refund Policy for Registration

• If the event is postponed, we will provide you with access to the event at a later date. 

• In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Event, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the refund of paid fees that remain after credit card and payment processing fees have been incurred and deducted, and we will not be liable to you for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by you as a result of the cancellation.

• In the event of cancellation, written notification must be sent by email to optopreneurconf@gmail.com along with Identity Proof.

• All refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference.

• All disputes are subject to Chennai Jurisdiction only.

When do registrations close? 

Registrations will close on the day of the conference. Spot registrations are also available.

Can I get a discount on the registration fee?

Yes, if you are an IOA member or register under early bird category

What is the policy on cancellation of registration?

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the conference will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 15 to 29 days prior to the conference will be eligible for a partial 50% refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the conference

Can Optometry Students attend the session?

The conference is tailored for Optometry professionals and budding entrepreneurs. Masters Optometry students, who are interested to build their own practice can attend the conference.

Does the conference award CME points?

The conference does not award any points for conference participation.
